Renewals & Free Services
Memberships renew automatically on the 1st of each month. You can sign up anytime, but full monthly fees apply regardless of your start date. Free services expire at the end of each month and do not roll over. For the best value, we suggest signing up in the first two weeks of the month.
Non-Refundable Payments
All monthly fees are non-refundable once processed.
Payment & Pricing
A valid credit or debit card is required. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any card on file should remain current and have available funds for the monthly charge.
Auto-Draft & Failed Payments
Camp KCS retains the right to auto-draft member’s dues on the credit card given at the time of sign up. Should the members account not have sufficient funds at any time during the membership time, Camp KCS reserves the right to cancel and/or decline Membership and its privileges in the future. Constant decline of membership dues will result in loss of membership privileges.
Cancellation by Camp KCS
1. We may cancel memberships if terms or benefits are misused.
2. After the first payment, if any subsequent payments fail, Camp KCS has the right to cancel membership, revert any discounts given, apply any processed membership payments to current invoice(s). Customer will be responsible for paying the outstanding balance.
Cancellation, Rejoining or Revoked Membership
You may cancel after six consecutive months with no penalty. Early cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee. If canceled, rejoining requires a 6-month wait or a $100 reactivation fee. Any Revoked membership will incur a 75.00 revocation fee.
Automatic Renewal & Cancel Notice
Members may cancel anytime after 6 months of continued auto-drafting dues by contacting Camp KCS. This option will only be rewarded without penalties when requested after 6 months. To cancel, notify us at least 10 days before your next payment via phone or email (use subject line “Membership Cancellation”). We'll confirm by email within 7 business days.
Gold Membership
Gold Membership choices (boarding or daycare) are fixed and cannot be changed once selected.
Membership Agreement
By selecting "Join Now" I Agree and understand I am signing a contract and commitment. I cannot cancel this membership within the first 6 months of activation. I understand my card will be charged monthly and my membership remains effective
until cancellation, after I’ve reached my minimum 6 month requirement.
Pause & Cancellation Limits
Members (excluding Diamond level) are allowed one pause or cancellation. A second pause will result in loss of rejoining privileges.
