First month payment is required for sign up and is NOT refundable or non-transferable

All memberships are renewed on the first of the month.  You will be charged the full amount no matter what day you sign up. You will only have until the end of the month to use the free services, these services cannot be credited or carried over (unless you have the exclusive Diamond membership).  Best time to setup your membership would be within the first two weeks of the month, so you have time to use your free services.                       

All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through under any circumstances.

A credit/debit card must be used for Memberships and can’t be set up without information.
Membership pricing is subject to change. 
All members will be notified of any change in pricing.

Our right to cancel/revoke your membership.
Camp KCS has the right to cancel any individuals membership if we find there is abuse/misuse of any benefits or privileges provided by Camp KCS, or use of such benefits or privileges in violation of the applicable terms and conditions

Camp KCS retains the right to auto-draft member’s dues on the credit card given at the time of sign up.  Should the members account not have sufficient funds at any time during the membership time, Camp KCS reserves the right to cancel and/or decline Membership and its privileges in the future. Constant decline of membership dues will result in loss of membership privileges. 

Members may cancel anytime after 6 months of continued auto-drafting dues by contacting Camp KCS. This option will only be rewarded without penalties when requested after 6 months. If a member wishes to cancel before the 6 months, there will be a 75.00 cancellation fee.  Upon cancellation at anytime, If a member would like to rejoin there will be a 6 month waiting period. If any member requests to rejoin before the six month waiting period there will be a reactivation charge of $100.00.

All memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month to month. For cancellations to memberships for any reason, members must notify Camp KCS at least 10 days prior to next auto-draft by phone or email, putting “membership cancellation"  as subject heading of email. In turn, Camp KCS will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account. Members agree that Camp KCS could take up to 7 business days to respond to any cancellation request.
